He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Houdek; his sons, Terry Modlin (June) and Bradley Modlin (Judy); his grandchildren, Janae Beahan, Garrett Modlin, Alissa O'Neill (Brandon) and Rheanna Lazzaro (John); and his great grandchildren, Emery Beahan, Connor and Cali O'Neill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
