Curtis L. Kirkley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis L. Kirkley of Inman, Kansas, born in Claremore, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kirkley and Rena Mae Kirkley (Gilbert); his wife Katherine "Kathy" "Kate" York; his son Kenneth Kirkley; and his siblings, Robert Kirkley, Jess Kirkley, Eugene Kirkley, Liddie Belle Lewis and Virginia Janos.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Kirkley of Salida, CO, Terri Martin (John) of Marshfield, WI, Martha Dawson (Bryan) of Jackson, TN and Christi Hopkins (Kyle) of McPherson; his grandchildren, Joseph Martin (Taylor), Jonathon Martin (Kelsea), Mitchell Martin (Emily), Beau Martin (Nicole Holbrook), Matthew Dawson (Alejandra Diaz-Cepeda), Patricia Dawson, Tiffany Dawson, Isaac Hopkins (Meredith) and Ben Hopkins; his great grandchild Eden Grace Martin; and his sisters, Dorothy Chapman of Shreveport, LA and Leatha McDonald of Corpus Christi, TX.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Southern Baptist Church or Campers on Mission, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
