He is survived by: his parents, Dietrich Thiessen and Mary Siemens Thiessen; his spouse Sara Regehr; his daughters, Shirley Kroeker of Inman, Sharon Vannorsdel, Jerry Vannorsdel of Dubuque, IA, Carol Lightener, Gene Lightener of Inman, Keri Miller and Wendell Miller of Hutchinson; and his siblings-in-law, Franklin Pankratz of Buhler, Helen Regehr, Fern Regehr of Inman and Marie Regehr of North Newton, KS. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
