He is survived by: his children, Jill Garetson (Jay), Denise Minet, John Minet (Toni) and David Minet; his siblings, Carol McQuiggin (Bill Werner), Phil Minet and Greg Minet (Phyllis); and his grandchildren, Jayden Garetson (Kendra), Jared Garetson (Ashley), Jacob Minet, Jesse Garetson, Hailey Minet and Sydney Minet.
