She is survived by: her daughter Asia Ford of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and her siblings, Peggy Lewis Kennedy of Douglasville Georgia, Denise Ford, Donald Lewis of Phoenix Arizona, Albert Dean Lewis of Kokomo Indiana and Jesse Dixon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
