We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2020, at the age of 82, Ted L. Howard of Independence, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Howard and Florence Howard (Scott); and his wife Ann Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven Howard of Tullahoma and Sue Smith of Kansas City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
