We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2020, at the age of 82, Sylvia Kay Byer of Independence, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sylvia Kay Byer to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George H. Kaiser and Edith C. Kaiser (Williams); her children, Troy Byer (Sandy) of Great Bend, Von Byer (Tara) of Austin, Texas, Vicki Carvalho of Bartlesville and Okla (Carla Shawn Byer); and her sister Carol Strobel of Hutchinson. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or Animal Rescue Foundation of Bartlesville, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
