He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Wagner and Hulda Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Theora; his sister Mary Specht of Colorado; his sons, Michael Wagner of Independence and Phillip Wagner of Independence; his granddaughter Sydney Wagner of Colorado; and his stepgrandson Seth Moore of Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting memorial contributions to help defer funeral costs. Contributuins may be made to Michael Wagner and left with or mailed to Webb and Rodrick Chapel and Crematory.
