He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mills and Margaret Mills; his brother Ronnie Mills; his father-in-law Jim Bryant; and his sister-in-law Kathy Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mills of Independence, KS; his daughters, Traci Lumm (Zakk) of Sycamore, KS, Emily Mills (Jason Russell) of Independence, KS and Hannah Friesen (Dalton) of Sycamore, KS; his grandchildren, Abigail Russell, Ryland Russell and Jordan Friesen; his stepmother Joyce Mills of Lexington, SC; his mother-in-law Martha Bryant of Copan, OK; his siblings, John Mills (Susan) of Leesville, SC, Anita Jones (Ron) of Ozawkie, KS and Mabel Livergood (Jim); and his brother-in-law Randy Bryant (Laurie) of Cherryvale, KS. He is also survived by aunt and uncle and many cousins and nieces and nephews.
The family has been accepting donations and any remaining funds will be donated back to the community that he loved.
