With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Schroeder of Independence, Kansas, born in Newton, Kansas, who passed away on June 29, 2020 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Schroeder and Clara L. Penner Schroeder; his wife Elvi Isakson; his siblings, Sydney and Virginia Corrin; and his son-in-law Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Harwood of Chanute, Robert (Diana) and Thomas (Deborah) of Independence. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
