It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Sue Lowry of Independence, Kansas, born in Coffeyville, Kansas, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Thornberry and Vesta Thornberry; her husband Robert O. Lowry Jr.; her stepson Robert O. Lowry 3rd; and her siblings, Barbara Porter and Raymond Thornberry.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Sanders; her children, Carrie Sack (Tim) of Independence, Mike Sanders of Independence, Donna McBride (Ron) of Pittsburg, Loretta Lowry of Neodesha and Lisa Seller (Cody) of Neodesha, Kansas; and her stepchildren, Randy Lowry, Jody Coy (Kelly) and Jason Clifton. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
