She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Phylis Dozier; her parents, Ira Rothgeb and Nettie Rothgeb (Hamilton); her husband Philip Kramer; her grandchildren, JoAnna Kramer of Independence, Robert Dozier of Bartlesville, OK, Gregory Dozier (Jolene) of Independence and Brian Dozier of Bartlesville, OK.; her siblings, Russell Allen (DeeDee), Delbert, Mary Buchanan (Rothgeb) and Viola Reynolds (Rothgeb); and her son Philip Lynn.
Family has suggested contributions to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Coffeyville, and the Longton Fair Association.
