He is survived by: his children, Matthew of Topeka, KS. and Kathy Nicolson (Mike) of Tempe, AZ; and his brothers, Steven (Becki) of Shawnee, KS, Jeff of Independence, KS and Josh of Leawood, KS.. He is also survived by his children and four grandchildren.
