She is survived by: her former husband Robert Bowman; her husband Gerald David; her daughters, Monica Crossan (Tom) of Queen Creek, AZ and Melissa Hartley (Alan) of Scottsdale, AZ; her grandchildren, Anne Crossan, Natalie Breen (David) and Tori Hartley; her great grandchildren, Henry and Ava; and her niece Marta Fontaine (Les).
Due to Covid-19, a public service celebrating Maxine's life will be scheduled at a later date.
