(Smith); his children, Maurice Franklin, Jr. of Jonesville, Virginia and Christin M. Franklin of Kansas City, Missouri.; his siblings, Rose, James M. Franklin, Margaret L. Conger (James) of Independence and B. Jeanette Headley of Kansas City; his granddaughters, Chareesa D. Franklin and Chaundra A. Franklin; his great grandchildren, Addison Tyson and Ava Marie; and his brother-in-law Willard L. Smith, Jr. (Cynthia) of Centennial. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
