She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Burruss (Padgett) and Homer Burruss; her husband George Wuerdeman August; and her siblings, James Burruss and Sandra Sue.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Hagan of Glenpool; her granddaughter Wendi Washburn (Michael) of Jenks; her great grandchildren, Macie Baker and Riley Gann; and her siblings, Carol Lutter (Bud) of Bartlesville and Homer (Shirley Burruss) of Chelsea. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
