He is survived by: his son Charles Lee Kingsbury of Fredonia, Kansas; his granddaughters, Brittany Irene Koehn and Erika Jean Randall; his girlfriend Barbara Newton; his siblings, Elmer, John Kingsbury, Edith Mitchell and Helen Anderson; and his half-sisters, Linda Dodson and Carolyn Fowler. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
