Howard Cain Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2020, at the age of 85, Howard Cain (Independence, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virn L. Cain and Mary J. Cain (Timmerman); his daughter Debra Cain; his siblings, Harold, Harland, Herbert, Herman Cain, Hester Johnson, Helen Stewart, Herretta "Teny" Friedline, Hazel Purcell and Hilda Hurbenick; and his wife Linda.
He is survived by: his children, David Cain (Kandice), Michael Cain, Christine Larchez, Patricia (Joe Chester) and Steven Cain (Julie); and his siblings, Harvey Cain and Hermenia Woodrum. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid19 regulations a private family service will be held on Thursday, April 30 at Ford-Wulf-Burns, 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made payable to June Bug – c/o Central Care Cancer Center (Non-Profit Cancer Patient Assistant Program) 1401 W. 12th Ave., Emporia, Kansas or may be sent in care of the funeral home.
