Harold Sauder Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Sauder (Independence, Kansas), born in Virgil, Kansas, who passed away on March 28, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Sauder and Dena Jennie Ott Sauder; and his siblings, Priscilla Schneider, Dorothy Kennedy, Beulah Hind, Earl Sauder, George Sauder and Lou Ann Richter.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Sauder; his daughters, Laura Lynn Stout and Julie Sauder Miller (Randy) of Washington, D. C.; his sister Nellie Hetherington of Paradise, Arizona; his daughter Lori Stout of Kingwood; his grandsons, Christopher Logan Patterson of Kingwood, Matthew Sauder Miller of Los Angeles and Christian James Miller of New York City; and his great grandchild Katherine Patterson. He is also survived by two brothers and five sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Independence, 201 South Fifth Street, Independence, Kansas, 67301.
