It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Larry Owings of Independence, Kansas, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Byrne; his children, Brad Owings and Laurie Owings; and his grandchildren, Amber Moore (Nick) and Maddison Owings-Olson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, especially cousin.
