He is survived by: his friend Gary Bell; his wife Elaine Richey (Meredith Blevins); his children, Charley Richey (Sheila) of Claremore, OK, Diana Cook (Wayne) of Bentonville, AR, Janice Fink (Philip) of Rogers, AR, Misti Herring (Emory) of Princeton, TX and Melinda Rowan (Jeremy) of Kingfisher, OK.; his grandchildren, Joshua, Vanessa, Scott (Andrea), Alaina (Nicholas), Paul (Heather), Stephanie (Connor), Aaron, Gracie, Jude and Kelsey; his great grandchildren, Jensen, Matheus, Leon, Colleen, Madalyn and Cliff; his brother Harley Eugene Woods (Donna); his nephew Gene; and his nieces, Karen, Sharen, Kathy and Emily.
