He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd A. Irby and Bernice Elmore; his spouse Sharon Elaine Lapp; his children, Frank O. Irby, Debra Lynn Irby (Wallace) and Carol Anne Irby (Johnny Molina); his siblings, Wayland, Rea Perez of California and Dena Farr of California; his grandchildren, John Gabriel Molina, Jered Michael Molina, Joshua Irby and Emily Irby; and his great grandchild Luke Molina. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
