He is survived by: his daughter Dana (Shawn Mundy) of Independence, KS; his siblings, Beryl Mills of Independence, KS and Judith Vincent of Murray, UT; and his granddaughters, Chelsea Mundy (Kale Cunningham) of Webb City and Brooke Mundy of Joplin.
