He was predeceased by: his son Chance Holt; and his grandparents, Greg McGraw and Bonnie Holt. He is survived by: his pets, Sadie, Daisey and Luna; his parents, Casey Holt (Cindy) and Jessica Stafford (Lance); his siblings, Cash Holt, Cole Holt, Cade Holt, Gabe Eades, Logan Stafford, Luke Stafford, Landon Stafford, Haylie Eades, Courtney Holt and Brooke Holt; his grandparents, Marla McGraw, Janice and Robert Golden; his great-grandparent Velda Hayden; and his nieces and nephews, Brantley Holt, Tyson Holt, Allie Holt, Jozie Felts and Adelyne Cunningham.

Memorial contributions can be made in Chase's name to AWOL of Independence and may be left with Webb and Rodrick Chapel.
