He is survived by: his wife Frances H. Palmer of Cherryvale; his children, Ruth Goins (Les) of Thayer, Charles Clifton of Corydon and Paul Clifton (Vicki) of Independence; his brother James Clifton of Oroville; his grandchildren, Ryan Goins (Alicia), Darrin Goins (Maria), Brett Goins (Tina), Caleb Clifton (Lydia), Cassandra Sutherland (Oliver), Daniel Clifton, Chad Clifton and Darrell Clifton (Rebecca); and his great grandchildren, Devon, Landyn, Courtney, Nichole, Bradyn, Kaylee, Calissa, Lydia, Peyton and Emma.
