He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Littlepage and Ruby I. Littlepage (Baker); his brothers, Ronnie, Rick and Steve Littlepage; and his brothers-in-law, Rodger Floyd, Ron Siefert and J. R. Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Littlepage; his sons, Darrin Littlepage (Kelly) and Billy Don Littlepage (Brook); his stepchildren, Bobby Crain, Kevin Crain (Stephanie) and Judy Shaner (Henry); his siblings, Judy Palmer (Mick), Connie Floyd and Johnny Littlepage; and his sisters-in-law, Kay and Karen Littlepage. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials in Billy's memory to the First Souther Baptist Church or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
