She was predeceased by: her parents, William Iverson and Cora Iverson (Johnson); and her siblings, Alice, Fran, Artie, Vernon, Willard, Clayton and Helen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Rom (Bobhusband) of Los Angeles, Val Rom-Hawkins (Doug) and Julie Rom Rom (Ron); her grandchildren, Austin Justin and Marta Johnson; her stepsons, Roger, Bruce and Siyd; and her stepgrandchildren, Alanna, Tim and Dale.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wesley Towers Evans Chapel (3709 Asbury Pl, Hutchinson, KS 67502).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to KPTS Public Television or Hazel Collier Scholarship at Wesley Towers in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
