He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ruckle and Melba Ruckle (Barricklow); his grandson Gabriel Eckhoff; and his siblings, James Ruckle, George Ruckle, Clinton Ruckle, Don Ruckle, Myrtle Middleton and Helen Ruckle.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Ruckle of Hutchinson; his children, Kenny Ruckle (Linda) of Burrton and Teri Eckhoff (Gary) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, A. J. Eckhoff of Lenexa, Daniel Eckhoff (Paige) of Salina and Amy Malcom of Wichita; his great grandchildren, Owen Eckhoff, Amyah, Ariauna and Aleana Malcom; and his siblings, Ricky Ruckle of Oregon, Marvin Ruckle (Cindy) of Wichita, Judy Stolzheise (Dave) of Wichita and Gail Ruckle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Food Bank of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
