With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Claude Fillingim (Hutchinson, Kansas), who passed away on August 19, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, A. E. "Nick" Fillingim and Elaine Fillingim (Waters); his former wife Anita Esplund Fillingim; his child Layne Waters Fillingim; and his siblings, Archie "Nick" Fillingim Jr., Janice Henderson, Ralph Fillingim and Margaret Davis.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Kay (Darin Raffety); his grandchildren, Claude and Anita; his wife Pat Fillingim; his children, Tanya (David Hein) and David (Erica Fillingim); his grandchildren, Aaron Hein and Kaylea Hein; and his siblings, Charles (Diane Fillingim), Robert (Linda Fillingim), James (Kay Fillingim) and Sharon (George Erickson). He is also survived by several in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
