He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Garber and Ellen Matilda Garber (Gillock); his brother Dale Garber; and his grandmother Jean Garber. He is survived by: his wife Nina Garber of Hutchinson; and his children, Nina Jarmer of Hutchinson and William'Bill' Garber (Kelly) of Manhattan. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
