He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melvin, Jo Anne Phillips and Millie Skillett. He is survived by: his parents, Greg Phillips and Jeannie Phillips (Skillett); his brother Wade Phillips (Kayla) of Hutchinson; and his grandfather Garold Skillett of Rush Center.
