Virginia Lee Hawkins Obituary

We bid farewell to Virginia Lee Hawkins of Hutchinson, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Virginia Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Williamson. She is survived by: her husband Ferdinand Hawkins; her daughter Laura Williamson; her grandchildren, Lillian, Christopher and Katherine; her sister Juanita; her brother-in-law Dr. Gary Brewer; and her cousins, Norman, Mary Byers, Virginia, Gary W. Byers and Todd G. Byers.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hutchinson Funeral Chapel (300 E 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairlawn Burial Park (2401 Carey Blvd, Hutchinson, KS 67501).

Memorials may be given to the YMCA of Wichita, KS to benefit the Parkinson's Will Power program.
