She is survived by: her husband Jack Pettay of Hutchinson; her sons, Karol Pettay of Hutchinson, Roger Pettay (Laura) of Virginia and Mark Pettay (Amanda Rigg) of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Nicholas Rizzo, Lauren Phinney (Justin), Lance Pettay (Alissa Lance), Logan Rose (Steven) and Meadow Pettay; her great grandchildren, Brendyn Bickel, Zaedyn Butterworth and Wren Phinney; her sister Carroll Farrow of St. John; and her daughters-in-law, Tina Edwards, Ashley Bickel-Pettay and Andrea Rizzo.
