He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Moore, Jr.; his grandmother Tina Moore; and his brother Artadius Moore. He is survived by: his mother Dawn Markel (Montgomery); his daughter Zayla Michelle Moore; his siblings, DeAndre Hedrick (Carissa), Ethan Moore, Daytryan Moore, Lyrik Ruane, Tesa Moore (Arlo Garner), Holly Dilbeck, Madison Atkins and Sawyer Barkley; his grandparents, Dexter and Brenda Hedrick; and his great-grandparent Audrey Hedrick. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the "Zayla Michelle Moore Trust Fund" and can be sent to Hutchinson Funeral Chapel, 300 E. 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502.
