He was predeceased by: his brother Tanner Hougham. He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Weible, Sr. and Joyce Mock; his children, Timothy Hougham, Jr., Colton Stremel, Miller Hougham, Marie Hougham, Jojo Hougham and Nora Hougham; his siblings, Cecil Weible, Jr., Cody Weible and Jessica Hougham; and his grandson Mason Hougham.
