She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth E. Sentney and Mercedes E. Sentney (Ellis); and her brother Kenneth E. Sentney, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles N. Brown, Jr.; her children, Todd Brown (Heather) of Hutchinson and Heather Holland of Wichita; and her grandchildren, Bretley Brown (MacKenzi), Easton Brown, Averie Brown, Eric Holland (Leah), Hollyann Schon (Andrew) and Haley Holland. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County or Grace Episcopal Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
