He is survived by: his wife Linda McCoy Womack; his children, Paul Maxwell (Brittney), Lindsay Hemphill (Nick) and Shayne Shields; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Avery, Aubrey Maxwell, Colton, Kaden Kinzel, Layne and Tate Shields; his stepmother Carol Maxwell; and his siblings, Butch Maxwell and Cheri Ogg.
