He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Justin Armstrong of Hutchinson, Derek Armstrong of Turon and Valerie Armstrong of Larned; and his siblings, Scott Armstrong of Oklahoma City and Susan Hamblin of Palm Bay. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
