He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel O. Mosier and Selma M. Mosier (Engbrecht); and his siblings, Marlen, Roberta Birkey and Lurlene Wagler.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Taylor; his daughter Elizabeth "Beth" Mosier; his brothers, Dwain (Kathryn) of Peoria, IL, Rod and Roger (Colleen); and his siblings-in-law, Carol of Hutchinson and Paul Taylor (Pat) of Lanai City, HI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
