He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn K. Hoffman (Hermes); his mother-in-law Jacqueline Fowler; and his brother-in-law Floyd Jones III. He is survived by: his father Thomas E. "Tom" Hoffman (Mary) of South Hutchinson; his siblings, Tammy Wiens (Gerry) of Nickerson, Tom Hoffman Jr. (Jeanette) of South Hutchinson, Daniel Hoffman of Hutchinson and Levi Hutchison of Hutchinson; and his siblings' children, Addison Hoffman, Dillion Hoffman, Brandon Hoffman (Maia), Andrew Hoffman (Lauren) and Tyler Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church or Midwest Transplant Network, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
