He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn K. Hoffman (Hermes); his mother-in-law Jacqueline Fowler; and his brother-in-law Floyd Jones III. He is survived by: his father Thomas E. "Tom" Hoffman (Mary) of South Hutchinson; his siblings, Tammy Wiens (Gerry) of Nickerson, Tom Hoffman Jr. (Jeanette) of South Hutchinson, Daniel Hoffman of Hutchinson and Levi Hutchison of Hutchinson; his niece Addison Hoffman; and his nephews, Dillion Hoffman, Brandon Hoffman (Maia), Andrew Hoffman (Lauren) and Tyler Hoffman.
A rosary was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (612 S Maple St, South Hutchinson, KS 67505). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church or Midwest Transplant Network, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
