He was predeceased by: his parents, Cash Rusk and Katherine Garrett Rusk (Kate); his wife Mary Frances Cramer; and his siblings, Cash Jr., William, Richard, Thomas, David and Patricia.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Beth Woods (Edwin) and John Allen Rusk (Kathy) of Hutchinson; his sister Mary Jo Livengood of Lafayette, Indiana; his sister-in-law Donna Cunningham of Mellott, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Heather Decker (Chris), Corrie Morrison (Bob) of Hico, Jennifer Hoard (Jeremmy) of Hutchinson, Christy Gable (Keith) of Hutchinson and Steven Garrett Rusk (Jenni) of Olathe Kansas. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
