She was predeceased by: her parents, Nadine Starner and William Starner; and her sibling Cleo. She is survived by: her son Dustin Moore (Angel); her family Penny (Robbie); her grandchildren, Steven (Tiara), Robbie S. (Allie), Derek (Penny), Nichole, Gavin and Baby Jake; and her pets, Duke and Munchkin Moore. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
