She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira John and Lottie Mae Hatten (Davis); her husband Carroll Donald Hoefer; her children, Tim Hoefer and Ruth Hoefer; her brother-in-law Phillip Hoefer (Ileine); and her grandson-in-law Brian Hemphill.
She is survived by: her son Steve Hoefer (Brenda) of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Brandi Hemphill, Jonathon Hoefer (Tiffani), Ashley Hoefer, Phillip Hoefer, Crimson Kellogg (Jeff) and Brianna Hoefer; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Hoefer (Jill) and Pat Hoefer (Melva). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Overflow Church, where Rose's grandson Jonathon is the Executive Pastor, or Hutchinson Street Cat Society, or Westside Baptist Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
