He is survived by: his children, Lisa Sallee (Mike) of Nashville, TN and Eric Hornbeck (Pippa) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Trey Sallee (Shelby) of Nashville, TN, Conner Sallee of Nashville, TN and Tyler Sallee of Nashville, TN; and his brother Terry Kasparek (Kathy) of Hutchinson.
