He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Smith (Christi); his grandson Jerry Smith (Lexi); his great grandchildren, Zayla of Hutchinson, Khortni of Hutchinson and Wyatt of Hutchinson; his siblings, Frank Smith (Brenda) of Tyler, TX, Karl Smith of Hutchinson, Georgia Walden of Winfield and Rick Smith (Arlene) of Hutchinson; and his sister-in-law Karen Smith of Hutchinson.
