We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2024, at the age of 73, Rick L. Vanderpool of Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Cassville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Vanderpool (Priest); and his siblings, Carol and Raymond. He is survived by: his father Earl Vanderpool; his wife Janey M. Wenzel; his children, Dymond Schreiber (Patrick O'Neal), Amber Gumble (Josh) and Ricky Vanderpool Jr. (Amy); his grandchildren, Hanna Lehr (Trever), Tiffan Gumble, Maddie Kreifels (Klyde), Steven Gumble, Gracie Price (Garrett), Lillie Vanderpool, Ashtyn Schreiber (Zach Hobbs), Lanie Vanderpool and Dylan Vanderpool; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Ellie, Ivy, Emmie and Jovie; and his brothers, Kenneth and Eddie Vanderpool. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
