It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard L Hendershot Jr. (Hutchinson, Kansas), who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Debra Hendershot (Grimm). He is survived by: his father Dick Hendershot of Hutchinson; his sisters, Staci Jackson (Bart) of Kingman and Stephani Spiess of Wichita; and his nieces and nephews, Baylee Jackson, Shyann Waldschmidt (Logan), Trystan Spiess and Connor Spiess. He is also survived by one aunt; one uncle; and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Cancer Council of Reno County (for the loving support they gave his mother), in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
