Rhonda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her sister Marcy Phelan; and her grandparents, W. C., Bertha Smith (Hodson), I. C. and Opal Montford (Lee).
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Barrett (Branden) of Wichita and Amy Philbrick (Malcolm) of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Jayden Barrett, Kaylie Barrett, Parker Philbrick and Baylee Philbrick; her parent Norma Lee Smith of Buhler; and her siblings, Mike Smith (Ruth) of Hutchinson and Susie Turner (Bob) of Hutchinson.
