She is survived by: her mother Ellen Louise Blackburn (Davis) of Hutchinson; her sons, Devin Ojeda of Manhattan and Trevor Ukens of Wichita; and her brothers, Michael Blackburn of South Hutchinson, Nile Blackburn of Blackbear, CO, Joshua Blackburn of Jacksonville, FL and Kevin Blackburn of Missouri. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
