We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2024, at the age of 88, Raymond G. Sergeant of Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Los Angeles, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Raymond leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sergeant and Mary Sergeant (Bentley); his daughter Rebecca Elam; his granddaughter Sabrina Martin; and his brother Robert Sergeant.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Sergeant; his son James R. "Jim" Sergeant (Liz) of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Sandi Bishop (Gary), Chris Sergeant (Michelle) of Grove, OK and Shawn Mears (Tisha). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
